Wine Experiences

Boas Quintas wine experiences take place across 12 hectares of vineyards in the Dão region and the modern winery located at Quinta da Giesta, in Mortágua. All experiences include a guided tour of the vineyard (weather permitting), a winery tour with an explanation of the Boas Quintas project and winemaking processes, followed by a guided wine tasting. Duration: approximately 1h to 1h30. The “My Wine” experience lasts about 2h to 2h30m.

My Wine Experience

Is it really that difficult to make your own wine?
In this experience, you’ll taste three single‑varietal wines, learn how to balance aromas and structure, create your own blend, bottle it, and design the label that will make it unique.
A hands‑on immersion that puts you in the role of winemaker of your own wine.

Quinta da Giesta Experience

In this experience, we invite you to dive into the history of Quinta da Giesta 1884 and explore an exclusive tasting featuring two elegant white wines, a vibrant rosé, and two expressive reds that reveal the true identity of the estate.
A complete sensory journey that challenges you to discover unexpected pairings between our wines and surprising flavours.

Boas Quintas Experience

A simple, clear and comparative experience for those who want to understand how Portugal’s wine regions influence different wine profiles.
A tasting featuring 3 white wines and 3 red wines.

Fonte do Ouro Experience

Classic Dão, without pretensions.

A visit and tasting featuring 2 white wines and 2 red wines from the Fonte do Ouro brand.
