Three Silver Medals for Boas Quintas in Mundus Vini
One of the most prestigious international competitions, Mundus Vini Spring Tasting, has distinguished Boas Quintas wines with three silver medals. Morgado de Bucelas 2017, Herdade de Gambia Tinto 2017 and Herdade de Gambia Tinto Reserva 2016 were recently awarded with this medals.
Mundus Vini Spring Tasting has concentrated around 270 professionals from 44 countries. This professionals evaluated approximately 6500 wines from 150 regions.
Morgado de Bucelas 2017 is a fresh and mineral wine. This wine has lime, green apple and mineral aroma.
Herdade de Gâmbia Red Wine 2016 is a direct and smooth wine, that confirms the fruit aroma with great balance between fruit, acidity and tannins.
Herdade de Gâmbia Reserve 2016 aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. This wine has a wild fruits, spices that remember eucalyptus, with notes of oak aroma. The freshness and persistence on the palate is complemented by spices and a complex finish.
